With multiple experiences with this location. I must say they have been great to work with. They have really gone above and beyond. They have given me great customer service. I highly recommend them and their services.

Absolutely terrible experience. I was recommended this place by a trusted friend but this is a shop that cannot & will not & should not be trusted. How is it possible that you can’t properly prepare a wheel to install a tire on it? Absolutely horrible service & work. Just a bunch of cheap labor with hack jobs & ready to move to the next. If you don’t care about your car, this is the place! If I could repeat some of the things I heard while being at the shop, it’s safe to say I would be in danger. STAY AWAY!!

I purchased 3 new tires here, trusting the service and the warranty they offered (50,000 miles). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They told me the tires would be properly set, but they were supposed to be at 35 PSI and I left the shop with them at 42.5 PSI. This was clearly a mistake and poor workmanship, which caused me issues shortly after leaving. I returned the next day to explain the problem, but I was not given a proper solution or any real support. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend getting your tires changed here.

**MISDIAGNOSED MY CAR** Being a long time customer, I trusted them with a knocking sound that I was experiencing while driving. The tech mechanic confirmed it was my wheel bearings. Well, after a $600 service, I was still experiencing the primary issue at hand. I approach Doug about resolving it- he was dismissive and indifferent telling me we won't charge you for labor today. They misdiagnosed my car which resulted in spending unnecessary money. It's him taking no accountability. Goodyear verified the problem which resulted less then $100. Just wow!
